About Yaramir

Yaramir is a trust-first newcomer network for people arriving in Yerevan and trying to make practical decisions with strangers: who to trust, where to stay, who to meet, and when a Group or local helper makes the move easier.

We start with person-first cards and lightweight trust signals, then make first contact contextual: why someone is reaching out, what they need, and what card or Group gives the request enough shape. Housing and stays are part of the product, but the larger job is trusted settlement through people, Groups, practical city knowledge, and approved local helpers.

Yaramir is asset-zero and free for everyone using it today. Renters never pay to message. We don't own buildings, sign leases, or hold deposits. Multilingual from day one: English, Russian, and Persian. Built by people who have moved to and from these cities, and who know which pieces are still missing.

Why we built this

Yaramir came out of a long stretch of scrolling Telegram channels, Facebook groups, and every other social feed where rentals get posted in Yerevan — sending the same intro message 40 times, getting ghosted, getting scammed once, and almost moving in with someone who'd lied about half their answers. This is the tool we wished existed back then: listings pulled from across those channels and filtered down to the ones worth reading, compatibility before chemistry, and a draft message in the right language so you spend the time editing, not staring.
