What Yaramir is

Yaramir helps newcomers settle into a new city faster — local guidance, safer paths to housing, and connections to the right people. We are a facilitator, not a real-estate broker, letting agent, or landlord. We don't own, manage, list for rent, or guarantee any property, and we're not a party to any rental or other agreement you make with another user.

Your account

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you to use Yaramir. Keep your account information accurate, keep your login secure, and use one account per person. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, our Safety guidance, or puts other users at risk.

Using Yaramir responsibly

Don't scam, harass, discriminate against, or impersonate anyone; don't misuse contact details someone shares with you; and follow our Safety guidance — most importantly, never send money before viewing a place in person. Report anything that looks like a scam or unsafe behavior to [email protected].

Listings and posts you see

Some content on Yaramir comes from users; some is imported from public sources like Telegram and Facebook (see our Privacy Policy for how that's processed). We don't verify a poster's identity, property ownership, or listing accuracy. Always verify independently before paying anything or signing an agreement. Any rental or other arrangement you make is strictly between you and the other party — Yaramir is not a party to it and doesn't collect or hold rental payments.

No brokerage, no guaranteed outcomes

Yaramir does not act as a real-estate broker or agent and does not charge or collect rental fees or commissions. We don't guarantee you'll find housing, a roommate, or any particular outcome. Trust signals we show — like a facilitator badge or public activity — are informational, not a certification or background check.

Fees

Yaramir is currently free to use. If that changes, we'll update these Terms and give notice before any fees apply to you.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Yaramir a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for making sure what you post is accurate, lawful, and yours to share.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how imported listings are processed, and your choices. It's part of these Terms.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Safety guidance, or that put other users at risk.

Disclaimers

Yaramir is provided “as is.” We work to keep the platform useful and safe, but we don't guarantee that listings, user content, or other users' claims are accurate, complete, or current, and we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yaramir is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions, agreements, or transactions between users, or from content imported from third-party sources. Use good judgment, verify independently, and follow our Safety guidance.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll note the effective date above. Continuing to use Yaramir after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yaramir is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have questions about which jurisdiction applies, email [email protected].
