What is a Group?
A Group is a small group of newcomers looking for a home who want to share it with the right people. Instead of searching alone in noisy chats, they compare options together and decide with more trust.
How you manage it

Income model
- You set your own fee.
- Members pay only if they choose your help and the Group succeeds.
- It's your income — not a salary, and not guaranteed.
- Yaramir never handles rent or deposits; your work is organizing and guidance only.
